Local Authors, Artists, & Actors Day
SATURDAY, July 24TH
The Barron County Historical Society would like to invite you to participate in our fourth annual Local Authors, Actors, & Artists Day. This is a chance to meet the public and display and sell your published works or original pieces of art. There is no charge to participate and tables will be provided. You are welcome to sell directly to the public and autograph your work.
Throughout the day, various authors and artists will be taking the stage to talk about their craft, do short readings, and other-wise engage the audience. We are looking for short presentations, approximately half an hour.
Guests at the museum that day will be able to tour the grounds, listen to presentations, meet local authors, artists, and actors, and shop for one-of-a-kind works of art and autographed books. We are expecting a good turnout. Our lunch stand will be open, so visitors can spend the entire day here.
