OJIBWE VILLAGE PROJECT

OJIBWE VILLAGE PROJECT OVERVIEW
For over sixty years, the Pioneer Village Museum has been preserving and interpreting the history of Northwestern Wisconsin. Though there are several current exhibits featuring Native American history in the area, including an agriculture exhibit, an extensive arrowhead and photo collection, and other original clothing items and photos donated by the Cadott family, this new exhibit will be a feature unto itself as an Authentic Historical Ojibwe Village just inside the wooded area on the east side of the museum property.
The Ojibwe Village Will Feature: Ojibwe Village & Nature Trails, Trail Signage in English & Ojibwe, Classes & Events about Ojibwe Life & Culture, and an array of Exhibit Features Meant To Educate, Inform, and Entertain.
